Returns. You may return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, you must contact us within this 14-day period to request a return. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, inserts, or protective materials. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or are not in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs. Returns are accepted free of charge within the 14-day return window; however, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as you remain responsible for the parcel until it is received and confirmed at our return address. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
How to initiate a return. To start a return, please email us at info@maisonmorel.shop and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior return authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@maisonmorel.shop within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Exchanges. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
