If a product is out of stock, discontinued, or unavailable, we may cancel the affected item(s) and refund any amount paid for those item(s).
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance (for example, by sending an order confirmation email or shipping notification). We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or abnormal ordering patterns.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@maisonmorel.shop. If an order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel it and you may need to follow the return process instead.
Prices are shown in the Store and may change at any time. The price charged is the price displayed at the time you place your order. Unless stated otherwise, prices may not include shipping costs and may not include import duties or customs fees for deliveries outside the EU.
You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge the total amount due, including applicable taxes and shipping. If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
For consumers in the EU/EEA, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a person designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. If you arrange your own carrier that was not offered by us, risk may pass to you upon handover to that carrier, where permitted by applicable law.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a designated person) receive the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise your withdrawal right, you must notify us within this period.
If you withdraw, you must return the goods without undue delay. Unless the goods are defective or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
After we receive the returned goods (or you provide evidence of having sent them back), we will refund the purchase price. Where required by applicable consumer law, we will also refund the standard outbound shipping costs (if any were charged), but we do not refund any additional costs you chose for express or premium delivery options. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply and cannot be excluded. For disputes, the competent courts in Vienna, Austria shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules provide otherwise.
